Authorship examination procedure
Inquiry, preliminary assessment, agreement on the assignment, examination and deliverable.
Work stages
Initial inquiry
Describe the task and send the disputed texts and necessary documents.
Preliminary assessment
The sufficiency of the materials, comparability of the samples and scope for examination are checked.
Clarification of questions
The object, questions, required samples and involvement of relevant specialists are determined.
Agreement on the order
The terms are provided before payment: the work involved, deliverable, cost, timeframe and transfer arrangements.
Submission of materials
Texts and samples are sent where lawful grounds and the necessary authority exist.
Examination
Features are analysed within the agreed scope, taking account of genre, circumstances of creation and limitations.
Preparation of the deliverable
The agreed opinion, review, consultation or list of questions is prepared.
Delivery and acceptance
The deliverable, acceptance certificate and Order Invoice are transferred in the agreed paper and/or electronic form.
Contract and court commissioning
An initial inquiry does not automatically conclude a contract. A contractual service does not replace commissioning of an examination under procedural rules and does not guarantee a particular court decision.
Discuss an authorship examination task
Describe the task and questions that need to be answered. Provide contact details for a reply; the terms of the particular service are agreed separately.
